How does it work?
Using a unique form of tennis, we’ve created a 2.5 day leadership development programme to keep delegates AWAKE, ENGAGED AND INFORMED throughout the whole workshop. There’s no sleeping at the back when you work with CCP!
Each delegate will lead the group through a series of on court, racquet-based challenges, stripping them of their industry/professional knowledge and experience. GS&M leaves them with only their instinct and courage to communicate leadership, motivation and inspiration to their teams.
Aspects of the challenge are videoed, so once the challenge is over everybody gets the chance to commit their feedback to paper, and then we may review sections of video to highlight any gaps or different perceptions of the leader from team members. That’s where the learning really begins.
In facilitating different perceptions of the way each leader handled the challenge, we heighten their self-awareness of who and how they think they are as leaders, and how others perceive them as leaders.
Once the awareness is raised we can then create future bespoke small group and/or 121 sessions, allowing participants to work on any communication skills gaps they feel need closing between perception and reality.
