How does it work?
Mise en Place is an interactive workshop using the dynamic metaphor of a professional kitchen to challenge and develop delegates’ ability to lead under pressure.
It’s aim is to place your people in a ‘foreign environment’ to strip them of their usual skill set, and to have them discover who they are and how they lead when all the rules change, and all they have left are their pure leadership skills to get the job done.
Your team acts as a mirror to your performance, delivering its feedback on your ability to lead from a 360 perspective.
The workshop lasts up to three days accommodating up to 6 delegates.
Currently staged in the UK, it may be possible to source local country venues if preferred.
